Does near-sighted mean you don't have 20/20 vision?!

Question: Does near-sighted mean you don't have 20/20 vision?
This is my eyesight:

RE -6.0 Sph 0.75 * 180

LE - 6.5 Sph 0.75 * 180

When I wear my glasses/contacts I see everything clearly, but does my eye sight means that I don't have 20/20 vision?

What you worte is your glasses prescription which is a totally different thing from visual acuity (xx/20). Without glasses you surely do not have 20/20, but you might when you wear your glasses, it's not possible to tell it for sure. Most people have 20/20 with glasses, but some other people will never have 20/20 no matter how strong their glasses are.

Nearsightedness means that you can see thing that are *near* without glasses, but you cannot see far away things as easily without glasses or contacts. You do not have 20/20 vision... sorry. :) You have 180/180. If it helps, I have 225/250.

lol.

I hope this helps!

I am nearsighted.

It means that you don't have 20/20 vision at a distance without lenses.
You may have it with lenses on and you may have it for near.
