What could be wrong with me ?!

Question: What could be wrong with me ?
Hi there, im posting this question to see whether anyone knows what could be going on with me, and for those who are going to answer 'see your GP', dont even bother answering because i saw my GP 9 times about it and he has no clue. now....

last year i went on a holiday, and i ended up with a seizure of some sort, but just seconds before i had the fit, all my muscles tensed up and i had no control over them whatsoever.
I lost consciousness for over 30 mins, and then it was all over. As soon as i had come back from
hospital, i have this sensation in my jaw as if its about to tense up, also i have twiches all the time on literally every muscle i have.

I know my case has something to do with my jaw, which sometimes twiches and tenses, ALWAYS AFTER EATING.

P.S. i had 4 CT scans and 3 MRI scans and i havent got Epilepsy or any disease which affected my brain.

Thanks for your time peeps.

i don't know but have you considered asking another doctor for a second opinion? or ask your doctor to refer you to a neurologist or some other specialist? maybe it has something to do with your lymph nodes or saliva glands?? it could even be something as minor, but painful, as a trapped nerve. i think i would at least ask another doctor for an opinion, not because you don't trust your doctor but because sometimes another doctor may have some different ideas.

one doctor treating my dad for something wasn't really helping so i went with him to see another doctor and i put my questions to him and actually asked for some certain type of help, and he organised it, whereas the other doctor just kept giving my dad pills which didn't treat the underlying problem, he is now ok again. so, like i said, some doctors have different ideas to others.

well the tightness in muscles and twitching are symmptoms of the siezure, and it is always possible that the seizure did affect your brain in some way, which would be the reason for the spaz twitching. u could also have a small case of turrets, which would be the reason for your jaw tensing and the twitches. some people are just born susceptible to seizures, like how people are born susceptible to narcolepsy.
