If you were very unlucky and made a lot of bad choices like ignoring pain and other symptoms, you could go blind. The chances are very low. On the other hand, there are a lot of steps between perfectly healthy eyes and blindness. These are more likely to happen if you don't follow your contact lens fitter's instructions.
