First of all you should definitely take the time to see your eye doctor for this problem. It appears that you had a blood vessel burst which explains the tiny red spot. In general this is not an issue since the blood will be reabsorbed and the vessel naturally repaired by your body. In terms of the blurry vision; this is due to the swelling of your eye tissues from the injury. These tissues are like any other tissues in your body that swell with trauma. Normally the swelling should dissipate and your vision back to normal in a few days. But why be uncomfortable. Go see your eye doctor and find out for sure.

I'd say you have just burst a blood vessel and it will return too normal in a few days, But eyes are tricky things, And its best if you have any worries to get it looked at, Because if you dont and the worst happens then you'll really rgret not getting it looked at, Its better to be safe than sorry..
