I hope you're kidding....
if you're not then I think you know exactly what you need to do. Diet and exercise. Eat better, but also eat LESS. It's important. Don't eat until you're full.. you will a lot of weight just by altering your eating habits.
Pretty simple.
It's another thing to tell you what to do and totally different thing to have the power of will to aply these things!
You have to reduce the amount of calories you're receiving every day drastically. Form a daily plan with what you will be eating every day and stick to it! Don't make any exceptions! If you make exceptions, you lost the game from the beginning!
Find a table which will contain the amount of calories that every food has and form your plan based on it!
Replace dinner with just a salad and drink a lot of water! It will help you by making you feel your stomach full. Don't eat candies at all! Try to exercise on a reasonable level. Get a bicycle and use it to move as much as you can.
