Question: Flashed in the eye with laser?
i got flashed in the eye with a black & decker laser its the laser that has a line for about 5 seconds like 2 times casue my brother kept flashing it at me it says do not stare into beam and it says class2 laser could it damage my eye if i stared at it for 5 sec

You have my permission to put on a pair of steel-toecap boots and kick your brother in the a$$ because he's a reckless idiot. Fortunately a Class 2 laser is not dangerous so long as you do not actually stare into the beam.
