Can she feel it is still there for sure? I once didn't find it, and it turned out it had fallen out on it's own:P
But if she is sure it is there, then she can try to pull it down by placing her finger on the eyelid and try to rub it down to a place where she can reach it.
If she still can't get it out, see an optician. Depending on the lens type, she should not sleep with them.

I have found when that happens, I pull my eyelid away from my eyeball, and move my eyeball all around, that helps me...it brings the contact down...BTW...the same thing that happened to Samanta happened to me once...I thought it was there, but it had fallen out

This happened to someone i know. he thought he had lost it but it fell out a couple of days after.
