yes! besides it is a big help because you can see things clear as crystal clear. Like for me, it is a big help because i dont get dizzy inside my bathroom

i've worn both hard and soft contacts whilst showering for 40 years. No problems and as another poster has said it does help if you can see the sides of the shower. Be careful not to get shampoo in your eyes and have your case handy in case you do. Its not dangerous but it really is painful if yu get shampoo behind a lens and can make it tricky to take it out , so if you are a new wearer wait until you become skilled.

You can swim in contacts but you have to be careful about infection. I use dailies when swimming with the approval of my optician and chuck them out afterwards. Otherwise I use fortnightlies. there does seem to be a school of opinion that thinks you shoudln't do anythign associated with water when wearing lenses. To my way of thinking when you are having anything to do with water you need lenses not glasses and I've worn lenses for 40 years. Never had an infection and I'm always in and out of various bits of water.

No, it's not. Just like going swimming it is not safe at all. You can't get even a little bit of water in your contacts. The water straight from the shower is not cleansed and purified enough so there can still be germs and bacteria in it. If it gets on the contact and you put it in your eye, it could cause an infection. The only liquid that can touch your contacts is your solution/contact cleaner.

What? Why are all these people saying it is? Oh... maybe you could just keep your eyes closed the whole time so you wouldn't get water in them. Well just be careful when showering with them. Never get any water in them. :) Sorry about that.

yea it is, just don`t rub soap or shampoo in your eyes, obviously for everyone with or without contacts. But i prefer to put it on after i shower in the morning, but i shower with it in the evening after a workout.
