alternating anisocoria that comes and goes, huge hypochondriac?!

i have un even pupils (ansicoria) that isn't very big of a difference and it dissappears and switches eyes from time to time...i have anxiety problems and my family doctor who always has been great to me and treats me like a second son promised me im 100% fine she looked in my eyes and my optic disc wasn't swollen.i dont have any hardcore head aches hallucinations or anything i get the odd pain in my head for around 30 seconds but it happens very rarely and i do have sinus problems, this has been going on for more then a month and is possible its been going on for way long even till i was born i have no clue im just scared and i think i have a brain tumor or a aneurysm. help me
