Question: Colors contacts would they work? -right category?
basically i would like to get blue/light blue contacts -just for looks-
would they show up ageist my eye colour? and which ones are safe? like a make you would recommend.

You should go to an optician to get them fitted for the first time, but I use focus softcolours monthly disposables in royal blue and find them great and loads of people have complimented me on them.
To be safe you need to go and get teh lenses fitted by an optiican even if they are for looks. Its like shoes if you just got a set off the shelf because you liked the colour they would probably be uncomfortable and hurt your feet. Eyes like feet aren't all the same size and it takes an optician to measure them. You also need to have your eye health checked to see if it is suitable for lenses. Its illegal to sell lenses of any sort without a note from an optician in both the UK and US so if anyone does this they can't really be safe .

i use acuvue. its a really good company cause it doesnt dry out my eyes ever. and no your original colour wont show. but you have to go to an optician to get them fitted and to see if there right for you! just visit any optical store really...
