Question: If an ophthalmic solution contains mostly polyethylene glycol and only 0.01% naphazoline it is a....?
Is it stll considered a vasoconstrictor/decongestant, or is it an eye lubricant for eye irritants?

this is getting comical.

yes any solution with any vasoconstrictor in any concentration is not just considered a "lubricant". its also considered a "decongestant"
