If u like the frames have the lenses replaced at an optical shop. Some optical schools will do it for free
If you wear these glasses, and you don't really need them, it won't make you need glasses, but you will probably get headaches, eyestrain etc. Your vision with these glasses on, will be sort of like someone with nearsightedness who needs -3 glasses, your distance vision will be pretty blurry. You can order fake glasses on line, also some stores carry them so you can wear glasses without the blurryness & headaches.
yes - +3 is really quite strong. You might be able to go to an optitian and ask to buy a set of frames with glass in but i wouldn't wear prescription glasses you don't need - you'll just strain your eyes
You should probably buy glasses that are meant for just style purposes rather than wearing +3.00... might get headaches shortly after wearing them because +3 is basically for realllllly blind people lol silly goose
