Question: Is this an eye infection? Swollen eyelid **Photos**?
My left eye(which would be the right eye in the picture) seems to have a swollen eyelid. It affects the entire shape of the eye in the socket so my eyes are at different angles. I don't know if it's super obvious to people looking at me but it creeps me out when I see it. Also my left eye seems to blink faster than my right.
An opthomologist just said it was a little infected but the drops didn't work at all for the two weeks I took them. She never addressed my swollen eyelid not to mention my eye isn't red at all.
Any suggestions before I go back in???

Answers:
It is an infection under the eye lid. However if your eye doesn't feel right and looks weird I would be marching back to the ophomolgist. Especially since the drops didn't work. This could be a sign of something more serious. Or perhaps you just need an oral antibiotic. Best of luck.
