I cant put my contacts in?!

Question: I cant put my contacts in?
I'm 13 and last summer i got contacts for the first time. At the store, i could put them in and take them out perfectly, but when i got home i couldn't get them in, no matter what i did. I ended up not being able to get the contacts, and i want to try again. Does anyone have any tips for me on getting them in? Thanks.

1 Wash your hands thoroughly. It's best to allow them to air dry because drying off with a towel could deposit tiny fibers on your hands that will cause problems.

2 Open the right eye lens case and use your index finger to scoop the lens out.

3 Place the lens on your index finger. Rinse the lens carefully with solution. If it folds down, just push it back up with your other index finger. Make sure the lens is right side out. The edges of the lens should curve inward not out.

4 Lift the lens to your eye and use your middle finger to pull down your lower lid.

5 Place the contact lens on your eye and release your lower lid. Blink your eye to adjust the lens.

6 Repeat this process with the left eye. Once finished, clean out the contact case and refill with fresh solution.

When you are putting them in make sure that the tip of your index finger is completely dry otherwise it will stick to your finger.
What I normally do is use my fingers on my other hand to hold open my top eyelid then use my second finger on my right hand to keep the bottom eye lid open. You must make sure that you put them in straight otherwise they will not go in and you must not blink when you put them in either.
