Question: How to sleep with a scratched eye?
I scratched my eye while I was sleeping last night and I didn't know I scratched it until about an hour ago and I thought it would be better by now but it is not so I have to sleep with it, how do I sleep if I can't close it because that's when it hurts most?

take a couple of pain killers, and put on an eye patch with some mix in it like optrex and water, or some other kind of thing you get in the chemist to soothe irritated eyes.

I had this a while ago and you can go to the opthamologist, and depending on where the scratch is, they can give you a clear contact. Works like a charm.
Get a thin bit of cotton wool or tissue soaked in cold water and fix it on your eye (bandage/sticky tape)
It will reduce swelling and hold the eye shut.
