EyeMed vision care: what does it mean when it says Member Cost is "balance !

Question: EyeMed vision care: what does it mean when it says Member Cost is "balance over $115"?
This is for disposable contacts. Does this mean the insurance will pay for contact lens if the balance is less than $115? Just want to make sure I understand this correctly before going off and making an appointment.

it means that the insurance will cover up to $115 of the cost.
anything from $0-$115 will be paid by the insurance.
so if it ends up costing $200 then insuance will pay $115 and you will have to pay the other $85 out of your own pocket.
