Failing? Failing at what? If you're talking about legal blindness, it's 20/200 (corrected). If you're talking about the DMV and needing glasses, it's 20/40.

It would help if you explained what you meant by failing.



It depends what test. Legal blindness is 20/200 or worse with glasses. Driving varies from place to place but many will not allow driving if worse than 20/60 with glasses. For some jobs you need 20/40 or better without glasses.
