Colored contacts??????????????????!

Question: Colored contacts??????????????????
I'm 14 and I got glasses with a very very low prescription a year ago and they weren't right. I don't wear them and I never have. I have pretty good vision too.

However, now that I'm in high school being tired and all messes with my vision but I can't tell if it's just being tired or getting worse vision or both.

Anyway I would like colored contacts and I was wondering what the best brand is. I have green-brown eyes and I would like to have blue contacts. Ones that look the most natural with like the outer ring and everything.

What is the best brand?
Is my vision actually getting worse?
Should I be looking into getting contacts?

Answers:

Your eye doctor can tell you if your vision is getting worse. Uncorrected vision can cause a person to be more tired than usual.

Sometimes colored contacts don't change the color of your eyes. I have very dark brown eyes and wanted to get blue contacts. When I got them, they didn't change my eye color because my brown eyes are too dark. But having colored contacts makes them easier to find when I drop them (only happened 2 times in 30+ years) so I'm continuing to get them colored even if they don't change my looks. Consider the depth of color of your eyes before you get your heart set on having a change in looks with different color of your eyes.

I get the Acue Vue brand. They work well for me.

I have contacts and i use Ultra Flex XC and i don't notice their in for the most part although they aren't colored.

Your eyes can be getting worse, the eye doctor can help with that

As for your eye color I would stick with your natural color. Be proud of what you have!
