Question: What strength computer glasses should I get?
Basically, I use glasses to see things more clearly but on the computer, I'm fine with my eyes and can see clearly. I just need computer glasses. Should I get +1 strength?

The strength of computer glasses depends on the prescription of the glasses you already have. For instance if you have Sph. -1.50 or more it's not advisable to use plus glasses at all. If your prescription is very mild, let's say Sph. -0.25/-0.50, then you could use +1 glasses. If your prescription is Sph. -1.00 you could use +0.50 or +0.75 at most.
