You are clearly suffering from acute social self-security disorder. You exhibit all the symptoms of ASSD. I was diagnosed with ASSD myself a couple years ago. My doctor told me my only remaining option was electroshock therapy. Normally this treatment is incredibly expensive, but using Google I found ways to perform it on myself without the aid of a doctor. I highly recommend this treatment as I found it highly effective.
Everyone has different ways of coping with nerves... Personally I say "like" after every work, which is highly embarrassing! But I've learnt from experience when feeling self conscience or attending a nerve racking interview body language displays alot!! Easier said than done I know but try and be more relaxed and confident sit up straight with your head held high and SMILE! Hope I've helped. Em x
