Question: Do optometry's offer scratch removal surfaces?
the scratches aren't that deep, but it can be rather annoying when i am watching t.v or trying to read, or can i just get new lenses for my current frames?

You didn't say how old the glasses are. If they are less than a year old,check where you bought them, some places may offer a 1 time lens replacement to you.
If not, your only alternative is to have new lenses made. If it has been awhile, get a new eye exam though before you spend the money on new lenses just in case your vision has changed.
nope. scratches cant really be removed w/o changing the surface of the lens
