you say you have good vision but have you had an eyetest and have you been told by an optician you have good eyesight.
your eyes maybe dry and sometimes this is caused by you focussing too much due to maybe slightly reduced vision and the eyes remain open and they dryout causing friction with the eyelid and the conjunctiva. sometimes when you have been doing this for sometimes your eyes adjust to this and you have constantly have red eyes.

Well, just make sure to use an eye bath. The fact that it gets red usually means you've popped an blood vessel. Nothing dangerous unless it happens too often. Also, if you're a girl, try to use another type of makeup. Or try to take a break every 15th minute for at least 1 minute when you're online :)
Do you wear contacts? If so keep them out and go for a checkup with your optician.
