Question: I really hurt my eye?:(?

Earlier at school i was playing with like these cardboard decorations on the wall and it flicked back into my eye really hardly, it was like a perfect direct hit. after my head felt like it was exploding and my eye went like a zombie, it hasn't stopped hurting since. (about 7 hours ago) should i go to the doctors or will it go down?:(
