It takes about 48 hours to get used to a new set of glasses, so keep them on. But if it doesn't improve after 48 hours go back to the optician. Sometimes perscriptions are wrong or the lenses arent' quite right.

thats right new glasses do take sometime to get used too it all depends on a few things 1. the strength of the prescription, the difference between the 2 eyes, the style of the frame and type of lens and also if this is your first time if your wearing glasses, if your wear contact lenses etc
i dont know where 48 hours has come from but the adaptation time can vary sometimes it can take a few hours.
the best thing to do is is give it about 5-7 days and if after wearing the glasses even after 1 day you feel pain, eyestrain or a pulling on your eyes then go back to your optician.
