Question: I am helping my 8 year old daughter swallow her first pill.?
My daughter has to take a pill called zantac and she has to swallow it with applesauce or other food like that and it is hard for her to swallow and my point is what is the easiest way to swallow??? p.s. NO LIQUID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if you got some porridge or yogurt you could (I think) crush the pill down in it. Possibly pour some sugar on it to make it taste a bit better...
