eye doctor appointment trouble help?!
Question: Eye doctor appointment trouble help?
Answers:
There are 2 things with contacts. One is the perscription adn the other is the fit. Now when someone puts a trial lens in your eye one of the reasons is to see if the fit is comfortable and the type of lens suits you. There are lots of type and sometimes the eye doctor has to try more than one to get one which suits you and also he wants th efit checked. Normally they try and use a trial lens which also has your perscription but they dont' always have lenses in your perscription in stock. Its simply not possible for an eyedoctor to hold all lenses in stock. Then they do sometimes try a trial lens whih isn't in your perscription.
What I would suggest is that you ring them up and say that the contact in your right eye isn't giving you good vision adn could they tell you why. It might be this is sometihng they expect or it might be that the lens isn't right for you. Sometimes trial lenses look blurry because they are inside out but if you put them in with assistance this should not be the case
contacts are really good but can take time to fit. Make sure that you get good explanations of what is going on adn that you have confidence in teh eye doctor. If they dont' suit you try elsewhere not all opticians are as good or helpful and its critical to get someone you have confidence in.
Call them up.
