That's not really enough information for anyone to give a definite answer...are you -3.00 or +3.00?

Assuming you are -3.00, that would mean that you are moderately nearsighted. You probably can only see the E at the top of the chart (or possibly not even see it at all) and thus you would not be legal to drive. You would have a hard time seeing things at a moderate distance, and you'd need to bring things very close to your face to read.

Assuming you are +3.00, that would mean you are moderately farsighted. You can probably read the 4th or 5th line down on the eye chart, and might actually be legal to drive. However, reading things close up would be very difficult, and would cause a great deal of eye strain and headaches.

In both situations, correction is essential, as you are likely not able to drive or see things clearly.
