No, we don't see in 3D, and adding eyes doesn't increase our visual dimensions.
An eye sees in 2D. (The retina is a 2D sensing device.)
Each of two eyes also see in 2D, but because each eye has a slightly different point of view, our brains can use those images to give us the perception of 3D. But it's really not 3D.
Having three eyes would give your brain three images that could be combined, but it will would still give a perception of 3D.

No, it wouldn't give you 4th dimensional vision because the 4th dimension is Time. It would merely increase the field of vision (your eyes would probably set so that they could encompass a larger span of vision).
No it would still be 3-D because at any given time you will still only be able to perceive height width and depth. Your vision would depend on that eye and how you other eyes would function with that third one on your forehead.
