I heard if you dilute honey with water and use a eye dropper to put some in your eye over time it will make your eyes lighter.

No, it will not. Don't ever put anything in your eyes that is not for a medical reason. You are asking for irritation, infection...If you want lighter eyes, have you looked into colored contacts prescribed by an optometrist?
