like, medically what would happen? would stuff just gush out, could you see?

ouch...... that's a bad mental image. i think you would bleed a lot. owwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
you would not be able to see because you would be in so much pain it would not be funny! You may also experience permanent vision loss, depending on where you cut it. Yes it would be bleeding, and depending on how far through the eye you cut, stuff would gush out (by that i mean eye 'parts' not blood).
It would hurt.
