Question: Clear bubble on upper waterline eye?

my right eye been irritating me since i woke up and i just notice just now i have like small water bubble on the upper waterline..can anyone tell me what this is? i never had this before

It's from not washing off your eye makeup well enough, most likely. Put on a warm, damp compress (like a washcloth) and don't wear makeup for a while.
I get them a lot.
