I really want to know what Id look like with a different eye color. How do I take a pic on something like, my phone, my iPod, or my dsi and change my eye color to make it look realistic?

You can't unless you want to wear cosmetic contact lenses.
you can change your eye color is to use non-prescription or prescription contacts

You shoukd try coloiured contacts, buy a colour that blends in well with your natural one ex. if you have brown eyes and want blue ones buy bluish brown contacts, or else use a photoediting program online like photoshop
