Yes.



It depends. If ones prescription is light (-1- -2), then reading may be blurry, as the lenses are uneeded. At a -2, it really dosen't matter. If the prescription is in the -3.00's or more, than one probably wont be able to read well without glasses

With glasses if they help you to do something then wear them. You can't hurt your eyes wearing glasses, worst that can happen is you will get eye strain or not be able to see properly. Personally I find problems finding the book without mine.



It's best not to because you can already see good closely, that's why you're myopic. You just can't see far away. Plus it's good to give your eyes a break with glasses. You don't need them when you're reading something up close.
