Why do my get watery and red eyes after playing action games?!

Your eyes are trying to make up for the moisture that is lost when you don't blink. With intense focusing (like with games) we dont realize that we forget to blink, because of this dry patches can form on your eyes that can make them become scratchy and feel like there is sand in your eyes. Also if you don't blink things get blurrier, tears actually help you see better because they help refract light properly through your eye to the retina (the spot on the back wall of the inside of your eye that helps you to see). You are tearing up because your eye needs to be wet basically so the eye forms all that moisture and pump it out all at once to help you. Just remember to blink and you will improve your vision and your game.

Its probably because when you play to much or when you are too focused in the game you won't want to blink...
It can also be that the movement of the game might do that.
