Yes, that is a weird question. If you just did it one night, probably not (at worst, you could only mess up the right eye, since there is no contact in the other one).

Sleeping with contacts is sort of like driving drunk, you might get away with it numerous times but, sooner or later, something bad is going to happen.

You will not be blind but there would be infections and redness in your eyes after you awake with it. Better to take it off.
