but since you're getting CIRCLE lenses, that .3mm WILL make a difference of how big your eyes will look. so the answer is yes (:

Well, think about this. The reason you're asking is that .3mm is incredibly small, correct? Too small to even be able to see the difference well. With such a small difference in size, how could there be any difference in your appearance between the two sizes? No one could possibly notice the difference.
