Don't worry about whether he can tell or not, you should probably just tell him you did. The marijuana may lower your interocular pressures, so he may want to have you back in to re-read them if it does, plus it's a HIPAA violation that could lose him his license if he informs anybody that you were using it.

He will probably know unless that bowl was really tiny.
I doubt he would care
but since you're going for a checkup, it might impair his ability to check your eyes
especially if they're lazy and half lidded.
You might wanna reschedule that.

He probably will be able to tell, but you don't have to worry about it, doctor-patient confidentiality.

The smell will give you away....otherwise they wouldn't be able to tell.
