why is my eye and lip twitching?!

I had that problem years ago.. Turned out to be Bells Palsy.. I would seriously go see a doctor. My symptoms started out like that exactly. Next thing I knew is, that I could not pucker, my taste buds were way off kilter, and I had a lazy right eyelid.. They went away with time and medical treatment from a neurologist. How, it is related to stress and I have had multiple episodes, each one leaving a part of my face permanently paralyzed... I , to this day can not make a pucker, have a droopy eyelid...

Please see a Doctor, I may turn out to be nothing, but wouldn't you like to know for sure.
