these headaches come about 4 times in a 7 day week

As a wearer of glasses for 60years i would say yes but your G.P. would be able to advise you better either way i would strongly recommend an eye test.

You are most likely far near sighted. this means you may need glasses when doing activites like watching tv or reading. nothing serious. talk to your eye doctor
