That stops after a few weeks.

It is called a tick and it is from being over tired. Get some sleep.

have had them before in my eye and on other parts of my body.
I got some sleep and stopped over doing it and I got rid of it.

I dont know what causes it or how to stop it but I had the same problem. It lasted about a month before
it stopped. It drove me nuts while it was twitching.

Happens to me everytime I'm overly stressed. It usually stops after a few days for me. I even asked my doctor about it and she actually said the same thing happens to her.
