Vision help please!?!?!


Question: Vision help please!?!?
Ok so I'm getting my drivers license redone tomorrow and I'm freaking out that my eyes aren't going to be good enough even though I got my prescription glasses updated, so if you know this answer please help!!! Ok my with RX is 20/400 for both eyes, with present RX is 20/20 for both, and temporal field of vision is 70% or whatever for both...... Um so please tell me if this is bad or good please!!!!!! Greatly appreciated!!

Well, you didn't say what state or even what country you are in, but, in the US, if your vision is better than 20/40 you can drive (you don't have to have perfect vision). If you need glasses/contacts to acheive this, they just mark the restriction your license (not a big deal). There is probably a minimum limit for peripheral vision to get a license but, I have never see this tested at DMV.

In some states, you can renew by mail, you send in a note from your eye doctor stating your eyes have been examined and your vision is OK to drive (if glasses are needed, they will say so). They re-use your existing photo (unless you want to come in to DMV and re-do it).
