Why does my eye twitch?!

probably eyestrain. it can come and go, and it's nothing permanent just more like your body's way of getting your attention. i've gotten it before from staring at my computer screen for hours at a time. it can also come from doing things like reading with poor lighting or not getting enough sleep, sitting too close to the tv, etc. You can solve the issue by doing the opposite of all this and by looking around at something else every once in a while when doing these things. Worked for me, a former facebookaholic. =)

You may be stressed out. Your eye either twiches when a nerve in your brain is overcome by discomfort or something you don't like. There are many ways to relieve stress. such as massages, whistling, listening to classical music,etc. If none of these are helpful consider asking your doctor about it.

Just plain and simple, it's called stress. What is going on in your life? Most people are under the gun to work more just to maintain the same pay. Maybe its a new boss. A family on the way that's causing MONEY worries.
