Double Vision Problem?!

Question: Double Vision Problem?
For the past 2 weeks I've notice that I'm having trouble trying to read. Every time read I'm seeing double letters. It's like the letters are over lapping. I tried closing one eye to read to see if one eye was more clearer than the other but there both about the same blurriness. I assumed it was probably due to tiredness & didn't think anything of it. But as of tonight it's just not only happening when I'm reading. It's also happening when I tried to watch some TV and reading on my computer. For instance in order for me to type this question I had to magnify the screen to be able to see the letters. They're still blurry but at least I can see them. I don't no if age is a factor but I'm 40 yrs old and have never ever worn glasses. Has this happened to anyone else? If so what is it?

You're probably at the early PRESBYOPIA stage.. where your focussing system is not able to shift it's focus from far away into near. This usually happens to everyone at around 38yrs old...
You also might have a little bit of Exophoria, where your eyes like to stay apart instead of converging in to view close objects.

Go and see an eye care prof. and they will be able to confirm this. A weak pair of near glasses will help you drastically.
