That means they are supposed to be safe to wear for about 3 months before you should ditch them .
That means removing them at nights though of course.
They have to be cleaned and disinfected every time they have been worn also.

Of course you can wear it. You can keep it and wear it! As long as it has no damage, dirt, or tear to the contact lenses, and then you should be perfectly fine! Contact lenses can last up to years depending how well you take care of it xD.
well contacts start stinging and making your eyes water when they've expired. there's no real way on how to tell how many days they last. just keep em clean and wet as long as you can i guess
