Your eyes aren't bad , you just need a fairly strong correction.

As long as you see well with your glasses/contacts is the main thing.

Just have regular checks with your eye-care profesional (optometrist/ophthalmologist) for risk of retinal tears due to your enlarged/elongated eyeball

Moderately nearsighted, your eyes are probably healthy but you are just really nearsighted, nothing to worry about, there are people double your correction and still have healthy eyes.
