They should be fine to wear. You may want to disinfect them b4 wearing them. I wear disposable contacts for months b4 changing them. But i do disinfect them regularly.

Hmmm.. the case, as in your case.. not the case the contact lens came out of?
If it's your case, and you had Disinfection solution in there... then it should be OK to use again IF:
You re-clean then and re-disinfect them the night before. And ofcourss, if there are any.. even minor issues while wearing the, then chuck them.
Your eyes and vision are to precious to risk.
I would highly suggest you disinfect them with Clear and Care before using them. Even if you don't wear your contacts for a while, you still need to switch out your solution every couple of days..3 months is stretching it.

Of course you can wear it. You can keep it and wear it! As long as it has no damage, dirt, or tear to the contact lenses, and then you should be perfectly fine! Contact lenses can last up to years depending how well you take care of it xD.
