Question: Is it compulsory to wear spectacles all day even at home?

i m far sightedness and i wanna knw is its compulsory to wear spectacles all the day ... coz one ov ma 4rnd was also a far sightedness and she only wear spectacles during study time and her eye sight was weaking year by year ( 0.5 to 1.0 and then 1.5) ....... if any1 had also experienced the same situation plllzz help .... is it correct dat if u dont wear spectacles all day ur eye sight will be weak ???

Of course, it isn't compulsory to wear them, your eye doctor doesn't hire spies to peek in your windows, ready to phone the police if you take your glasses off!

Seriously, wear your glasses when they seem to be helping you. If you don't want to wear them all the time, that is totally OK. Whether you wear them or not, it will have no effect on how bad your vision ultimately becomes, so wear the as much or as litttle as you want.

Wear your glasses when you need or want to see clearly. Wearing them for English class is a good start. :)
