Question: Painful eyes, Yellowish Discharge & Watery. What could this be?

I had this since saturday, Every morning i had a lot of yellow stuff A LOT! and sometimes during the day. and its very watery they thought i was crying. and also its very itchy. What could this be? Its not reddish. I use the computer for 5 Hours everyday, i never wear contact lens, i`m 15 girl,
