They would probably just retest your eyes, seperately of course, and put in different lenses. I've had that done:

I've been wearing glasses since 6th grade. I have perfect vision in the left, 20/200 in the right. It's HORRIBLE. In 9th grade I noticed the board was still kinda blurry wearing my glasses, and the doc said I had gotten worse and gave me a stronger lens. The right lens has a really strong lens--I have to close my eyes when putting them on or taking them off or else it makes my head feel funny because of the huge lens difference. The left has no lens whatsoever. You vision is different than mine, but they'll probably do something similar.

maybe when you did your eye test something went wrong and the reading and pictures of your eyes werent correct and theyve gave you lenses for a certain type of eye but you dont have that eye. go back to your opticians and tell them your problem and if you can, get your eyes retested, it could be anything, something more serious or what i mentioned above - i am sure it is nothing to worry about

good luck!
