Question: I have recieved concentration glasses but dont exactly know what for?
do they meen for medium range because it does that well as i can see clearly and i can actually read well without them so please somone explane

Never heard of "concentration glasses" perhaps do you mean prescription glasses or computer glasses?
I hate to answer a question with more questions but:
When you put them on, does your distance vision get better? If so, use for distance.
If they help your near vision, maybe they are reading glasses.
Also try using when on the computer, some people need glasses for computer use which is often too far for reading glasses and too near for distance glasses.
You could also call the place where you got them and they should be able to look at your file and tell you what the glasses are for.
Added:
If the glasses are not working for you, it is possible there was some kind of mix-up and you got the wrong prescription, just go back where you got them and see if they can straighten it out.
